The terms on which UK Boas & Pythons supplies animals are set out below.
1. Our animals will be correctly sexed where possible, free of parasites, and will have had a minimum of four meals before leaving our premises.
2. All animals are guaranteed for 48 hours, if any problems occur during this time you should contact us immediately. We will either replace, if we can, the animal with another, or refund it's purchase price.
3. We accept payment by cheque, or cash. Cash sent by post must be on a recorded delivery basis. Cheques must clear before collection of the animal.
4. The sale is complete when the purchase price is payed in full and received by us. In the case of payment by cheque this is once the funds have cleared in our bank account.
5.Animals must be collected in person, we will not courier, however we can deliver at your expense. Cost of fuel and our time @ £1.00 per mile.
6. Animals may be reserved, if so a 20% deposit is required to hold the animal. The deposit is non refundable. The outstanding balance due must be paid when the animal is collected. If you choose to cancel the purchase of the animal, the deposit will be forfieted to us.
